ADMINISTRATION OFFICER: INVESTMENT ANALYSIS REF NO: 2023/253

SALARY : R294 321 per annum
CENTRE : Head Office (Pretoria)

REQUIREMENTS : A three yr tertiary qualification (NQF Level 6) in Administration or associated skills with applicable experience. Be in possession of a legitimate driver’s licence (Code 08). Knowledge of workplace administration and administration. Skills: Time management, People management, Interpersonal and conversation skills, Proven planning and organizational skills, Financial administration and
reconciliation skills. Excellent conversation (written and verbal), Computer literacy and working of MS Office Suite, Knowledge of LOGIS, BAS and Clickit will be an brought advantage. DUTIES : Perform office administrative activities. Administrate workplace correspondence, files and reports. Liaise with stakeholders applicable to the office. Prepare documentation for meetings, agendas, minutes of meetings, displays and reports. Procure workplace logistical requirements, Manage petty money claims when necessary. Administrative Leave Arrangements. Manage the drift of
information and files in the office. Record incoming and outgoing mail, distribute to applicable managers and help with monitoring of documentation. Process types and files associated to claims, repayments and invoices. Assist all participants of the unit with tour preparations and manipulate the approval and declare processes. Maintain the Commitment Register. Prepare that annual procurement plan. Monitor and Reconcile expenditure. Compile and submit
budget reports. Indicate Budget changes as required and control the process. Provide finances statistics to the supervisor and colleagues. Handle queries from PPM, KAM, Regional Offices, Project Managers and different User Departments. Project Support: receiving projects, copying, request for archives to be opened at Registry, allocation, binding, mission tracing, mission reporting, cut-off date monitoring, guide task managers in amassing data, scanning completed reports, submitting done reports.
