REQUIREMENTS : Bachelor’s Degree (NQF 7) in Human Resource Management /Development / Social Science/ Industrial or Psychology / Public Management as known with the aid of SAQA. 3-5 years’ work trip in Human Resource Development / Performance Management environment. Skills Development Facilitator and PERSAL (Introduction to PERSAL) certificates would be viewed an introduced advantage. Training in MS Office applications (MS Word, MS Excel, and Powerpoint Presentations). DUTIES : Assist with the development, overview and implementation of overall performance administration and human sources improvement insurance policies and guidelines. Coordinate the implementation of the Performance Management Development System and take part in an advisory ability in departmental / moderation committee meetings. Coordinate/facilitate/develop/implement / administration of induction programmes and improvement programmes (i.e., training, bursaries, internships, and leadership, RPL, etc.) in the department. Assist in the improvement and implementation of the place of business abilities plan. Conduct lookup and hints for implementation in admire of all PM&HRD (including different associated HRM) areas. Manage the performance, training, and improvement of officers and keep discipline. Communicate with stakeholders, clients, administration & colleagues: Written, Verbal and formal presentations/workshops/information sessions.
