ASSISTANT DIRECTOR: VIOLENCE PREVENTION IMPLEMENTATIONENABLEMENT AND REPORTING

SALARY : R424 104 per annum

REQUIREMENTS : Minimum instructional qualification: Appropriate 3-year National Diploma or Degree. Experience: Appropriate trip inside the Public Sector. Appropriate trip in Public Development and Implementation. Appropriate ride with stakeholder family members or neighbourhood engagements. Appropriate supervisory experience. Inherent requirements of the job: Valid driver’s license. Willingness to travel. Good written and conversation competencies in at least two of the three reputable languages of the Western Cape. Competencies (knowledge/skills): Computer literacy skills. Facilitation and presentation skills, Planning and organizing skills, Dispute decision / fighting administration skills, Interpersonal skills, Problem-solving capabilities and Analytical skills. Knowledge and grasp of the features of the special spheres of government. Knowledge and grasp of the social dynamics inside communities. Knowledge of the insurance policies and priorities of the authorities of the day (provincial and national). Knowledge of contemporary structures of governance and administration. Knowledge of creating and imposing communications strategies. Knowledge of monitoring, comparison and mastering methods, equipment and techniques. Knowledge of relationship/stakeholder management.

DUTIES : Coordinate the mobilisation, implementation and reporting on evidence-based violence prevention interventions, which include the evaluate of operational plans and making sure normal reporting on progress. Engage and advocate implementation groups on localised responses to violence prevention, inclusive of the improvement of violence prevention guidelines, frameworks and implementation tools. Co-develop and put into effect monitoring plans for the implementation of violence prevention interventions. Co-develop and screen the implementation of evidence-based violence prevention interventions, along with the prioritisation of interdepartmental and intersectoral violence prevention programmes and projects. Gather applicable facts and data associated to violence prevention for the purposed of normal reporting, data visualisation and policy/strategy improvement and refinement. Provide a expert administrative aid service, which include correct document maintaining on deliverables, superb conversation and evaluation of economic requirements.
