REQUIREMENTS : A National Diploma or Btech in Mechanical or Electrical; or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical fields plus Government Certificate of Competency (Factories). Three (3) years’ ride in the software of General Machinery Regulations. The disclosure of a legitimate drivers license. Proven ride and competencies in mission management. Engineering plan and evaluation knowledge. Experienced in computer-aided engineering applications. Knowledge of relevant legislation. Technical record writing skills. Proven capabilities to create excessive overall performance culture. Engineering and expert judgment. People administration and negotiation skills.

DUTIES : Ensure compliance with the OHS act and its Regulations. Ensure protected installations. Ensure excellent protected surroundings such as terrific protection equipment. Instruct remedial measures. Ensure implementation of remedial measures. Plan, design, and lead engineering projects. Develop price wonderful options in accordance to standards. Evaluate present technical manuals, general drawings, and tactics to comprise new technology. Evaluate tender specifications. Ensure via assessment that planning and diagram is carried out in accordance to sound engineering concepts and norms and requirements and code of exercise or in the absence thereof, improve new standards. Continuous expert improvement to hold up with new applied sciences and procedures. Ensure understanding era and dissemination. Lead and liaise with relevant bodies/councils on engineering-related matters. Provide professional recommendation on OHS act and its Regulations. Ensure cost-effective, protected operations.
