The targets include:
1. Sales and income era / Budgeting and goal achievement
2. Compliance with labour and different law / Compliance with authorities rules and agency policy
3. Meet client expectations / Customer enquiries/complaint resolution
4. Staff recruitment
5. Personnel administration to make sure productivity
6. Inventory administration in accordance to enterprise policy
7. Ensure non-stop education and improvement of all team of workers members
8. Floor walking management
9. Promotions and advertising and marketing management
10. Report analysis
11. Maintenance of business premises
