REQUIREMENTS : An fantastic B -degree or Advanced Diploma (NQF stage 7) qualification in policing and/ or crook investigation associated or equivalent. Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) or Institute of Commercial Forensic Practitioners (FP (SA)) accreditation would be an advantage. At least twenty years crook investigation journey with ten years operational administration experience. Demonstrable competency in performing Independently, Professionally, Accountable and with Credibility. Vocational coaching in criminal investigations such as the Detective Learning Programme and/or different specialised courses. Experience in managing and directing Forensic Service carriers in crook and forensic matters. Strategic functionality and leadership. General administration skills. People administration and empowerment. Administration skills. Communication written and verbal. Planning and organizing skills. Customer focal point and responsiveness. Problem fixing and decision-making skills. Knowledge of regulation and rules and guidelines pertaining to public carrier administration specifically: The Public Service Act and Regulations. Knowledge of Asset forfeiture regulation (National and International). Know and recognize the Law of Evidence in Civil Matters. Know and apprehend the Law of Criminal Procedure. Knowledge of NPA and NPS insurance policies and approaches applicable to the job functions. ID Case Management System. Know and recognize the Law of Criminal Procedure, POCA, PRECCA and the Companies Act. Relevant MS workplace suite. Valid driver’s licence.

DUTIES : Provide strategic planning and implementation of crook investigations. Coordinate and manipulate stakeholder family members in relation to criminal investigations. Ensure the conducting of crook great investigations within the allotted obligations of the investigation team. Manage countrywide crook investigative tasks and administrative functions.
