CLEANER AT HOSPITAL(1X Post)

SALARY : R171 537 per year

REQUIREMENTS :
Minimum required if is Possible for the following Grade 12 with 3-5 years tested cleansing work experience in a health centre setting. A legitimate driver’s license. Demonstrated Computer literacy in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Valid Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety Act, Infection Prevention and Control. The capability to supervising junior colleagues, expertise of disciplinary procedures. Knowledge of work scheduling, information of medical and non-clinical areas in the hospital. Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.

DUTIES :
Manage and supervise cleansing personnel and make sure that day to day is completed as per each day work schedule. Administer attendance registers and work plans. Report any every day protection problems and comply with up. Coordinate with seniors well timed involving troubles that may also arise. Schedule time off for cleansing staff. Ensure compliance with the Labour Relations Act, primary prerequisites of employment and different applicable acts. Carry out day by day inspections towards cleanliness in the hospital. Evaluate the work given to the group of workers on a day by day basis
monitoring tools. Place orders for cleansing substances and manipulate stock of cleansing substances and equipment. Design, enforce and keep easy up substances and manipulate the inventory of cleansing substances and equipment. Concept, enforce and stick to a cleansing plan. Perform any different work that has been delegated by way of a supervisor.
