DRIVER (LIGHT-DUTY VEHICLE)

REQUIREMENTS : Minimum instructional qualification: Basic literacy (ability to read, write and fundamental numeracy skills). Experience: Appropriate trip in the transportation of personnel and goods. Inherent necessities of the job: Valid (Code B/EB) driver’s licence. Valid Public Driving Permit (PDP). Willingness to work beyond regular time and to operate standby duties. Ability to speak in at least two of the three reputable languages of the Western Cape. Competencies (knowledge/skills): Knowledge of routine, maintenance, Inspections for defects on automobiles and protected riding skills. Ability to take delivery of accountability and duty and to work independently and unsupervised. Knowledge of Transport Circular four of 2000 and precise expertise of street networks in the Garden Route District Region.

DUTIES : Daily transporting of professional passengers, post, packages, medication, items and tools as nicely as completion of logbooks. Deliver and accumulate blood products.
