SALARY : R1 162 200 per year

REQUIREMENTS:

An undergraduate qualification (NQF degree 7) in Business Administration/Management, Development Studies, Economics, Commerce, Public Management, Accounting, Humanities, Behavioural Sciences, Construction Management and Built Environment, or associated area of learn about a plus 5 years of applicable work trip at Middle/Senior level. Knowledge: Expanded Public Works Programme, Government Job Creation Policies and Programs, Program and Project Management, Labour Intensive Methods of construction, Stakeholder Management; Functioning of national, provincial and neighbourhood government, Monitoring and Evaluation methods, Training, Enterprise Development and Communication, SAQA / NQF Framework, the Public Financial Management Act, Municipal Public Financial Management Act (MFMA), Treasury Regulations, Civil Service Act, Civil Service Regulations and the Minimum Information Security Standards Act (MISS) and the Government prescriptions. Skills: Management. Customer orientation, patron focus, human beings Management, Conflict Management, Policy Development, Numerical, Analytical, Computer Literacy, Planning and Organising, Project Management, Problem Solving, Report Writing, Financial Administration, Presentation, Decision Making and Research Methodology.

DUTIES:

Support the improvement frameworks, incentive provide agreements and frameworks, policies, protocols and recommendations for the EPWP. Facilitate and conclude the signing of contracts, protocols, enterprise plans, incentive award settlement and any different files with stakeholders. Insuring involved birthday celebration talk and buy-in frameworks, widespread working approaches (SOPs), commercial enterprise plans (BPs), incentive award agreements/frameworks, policies, protocols and recommendations and any different key documents. Lead on EPWP policy, protocols and files associated to key stakeholder engagement. Support the administration development, consultancy and procurement, ability building, training, enterprise development, information management, audit associated affairs, EPWP zone issues, verbal exchange and monitoring and assessment guidelines/frameworks and any different key archives for the EPWP. Establish and preserve relationships between EPWP and applicable stakeholders. Management verbal exchange and remarks approaches between the UOWP, municipal and provincial buildings with applicable structures; discover and speak software possibilities to a range of EPWP sectors. Coordinate EPWP administration and institutional preparations interventions.
