REQUIREMENTS : Senior Certificate (Grade 12) Degree/ National Diploma in Human Resource Management / Public Management. Good leadership, coaching, mentoring and private skills. Ability to work underneath pressure, as group to meet deadline.

DUTIES : Manage the functioning of body of workers relation in order to make sure the provision of high satisfactory services. Maintain and promote sound Staff Relation inside the group and make certain adherence to Labour Relations ACT, BCEA and different relative prescripts.
