SENIOR HUMAN RESOURCE PRACTITIONER: LABOUR RELATIONS REFNO: SHRP 02/2023 (X1 POST)

SALARY : R359 517 – R420 402 per annum. Plus 12% Inhospitable Allowance, thirteenth cheque, scientific Aid (Optional) and housing allowance (employee have to meet prescribed requirements)

REQUIREMENTS : Senior Certificate / Standard 10/ Grade 12, an gorgeous Degree/Diploma in Human Science/Human Resource Management/Public Management, three – 5 years’ journey in Staff / Labour Relations Component. Recommendation: Valid Driver’s license (code B or above) and PERSAL Certificate. Knowledge, Skills and Competencies Required: Broad information and grasp of Human Resource Management Legislations i.e. Labour; Relations Act, Basic Condition of Employment Act, Grievance and Disciplinary ETC. Problem Solving Skill, Decision Making, Human Relations and Communication Skills; Investigation and Presiding. Skills; Broad Knowledge of PERSAL System.

DUTIES : Manage the functioning of body of workers Relations Section in order to make certain the provision of excessive fine service, Promote and keep sound workforce family members inside the group and make certain adherence to Labour Relations Act, Basic Condition of Employment Act and different associated legislative prescript. Attend all Grievance, Disciplinary and Misconduct instances in phrases of laid down insurance policies and procedures. Prepare reviews for Staff Relations issues, Promote orderly
collective bargaining inside the Institution. Investigate and preside when want arises. Collect and analyse statistic in appreciate of Labour Related matters. Provide environment friendly war administration resolution. Approval of transactions on PERSAL Conduct orientation/induction to group of workers on Labour family members matters. Capture transactions on PERSAL. Manage the development, motivation and utilization of human sources for the discipline. Ensure able knowledge based on endured success of technical offerings in accordance to organizational wishes and requirements. Supervise subordinates’ key overall performance areas with the aid of placing monitoring overall performance requirements and taking movements to right deviations to reap departmental objectives.
