Duties and responsibilities
Based at the SPAR Western Cape Distribution Centre, the reason of this role is to make sure that all monetary statistics and transactions are precisely captured and reconciled to produce first-rate trial stability as properly as monetary reviews for SPAR Western Cape Corporate Store Department
Key Performance Areas:
Management of prices and capital creditors
Reconciliation of VAS Creditors
Reconciliation and fee allocation for centralized accounts
Reconciliation of Control and Suspense Account
Preparation of month-to-month economic journals and everyday ledger reports
Preparation of month-to-month tax package deal schedules and a number of fee analyzes as required with the aid of the Corporate Store
Preparation of money drift projections
Ad hoc help on more than a few financing projects
Preparation of advert hoc interior reviews as and when required.
Admin Assistance and report processing for SPAR Western Cape, Namibia
Assist with inside audits the place necessary
Support for storage operations as and when required
Required ride and qualification
BCom or Diploma in Finance or Accounting
Financial qualification or find out about towards
2 – three years journey as a bookkeeper or comparable position
Accuracy and interest to detail
MS Outlook and superior Excel
SAP working knowledge
Knowledge of Intelliacc and Pastel would be an advantage
Experience inside the FMCG, Wholesale or Retail enterprise would be preferred
